If you choose to email us or to contact us via our contact forms, then we will receive information that is personally identifiable. We only use this volunteered information to reply and then it is discarded. The information you may provide is NEVER shared with other organizations for commercial purposes or for any other purpose.

Email Addresses / Opt-Out Method:

We do not collect or retain email addresses – so there’s no list to remove you from. We only have your email address if you emailed us first and requested a reply. In any case, should your email be voluntarily sent to us, we NEVER make it available in any way (give, rent, sell, share, etc) to any third-parties. We never mail out flyers or marketing materials of any kind. We never initiate outbound emails (we don’t have addresses to send them to!) or outbound calls (no phone list either). We never send outbound announcements, specials, offers or newsletters. Your visit to us is anonymous concerning your personally identifiable information unless you send us input via a RhinoFish Media LLC contact form, email or post.


We occasionally use cookies to check which keywords visitors may have used to find us in search engines or directory listings so that we may better target the information we do provide, and to also monitor our advertising costs and their source. Upon written request to our physical address, and only if you enclose a self-addressed postage-paid envelope, we can send a sample entry from our web server logs on a single sheet of paper.

If our information practices change at some time in the future we will post the policy changes to our Web site beforehand. If you are concerned about how your information may be used in the future, you should check back at our website periodically. Upon request we cannot offer visitors the ability to have factual inaccuracies corrected in information that we maintain about them because there are no such records that are personally identifiable.
